    QCJ400 Chocolate Beans Forming Machine

    The machine is specifically used for different shapes of chocolate beans.

    The chocolate glaze is poured into the cavities of the two rollers next to the cooling system in order to form the chocolate beans.     This type of belts can be used in a temperature range of -50°C – 1100°C, and can be delivered in every length and width up to 4m or more. To get a tight mesh, the belt can be made with multiple weave. In this belt, the spirals are nested and one spiral has 3, 4 or 5 cross rods instead of 2.

    Modular plastic belts are designed for special processes, but can be used in common transportation systems. These belts are connected with various stainless steel rods and extra stainless steel reinforcing plates or side chains.

    This type of belts has been very popular in a lot of industries due to its durability and reliability. Wire link belts made of thin round wires with an eyelet on both sides, which are hinged by a pin. This way a think one-layer belt is created with the following advantages:

    These belts have a lightweight single layer construction and are driven by sprockets. They also have an open structure (70%-85% open) and are frequently used in cooling, frying, baking, heating, decorating, battering and packaging machines for light products.

    Wire diameter ranges from 0.9mm to 3.2mm pitches from 4mm to 22.23mm and belt width from 10mm to 3m.

    Flat flex belts can be made for straight or curve conveyors, they are also usually driven by toothed sprockets made of stainless steel or plastic. The number of teeth on the sprockets is free to choose or can be made for any new or existing conveyors.

    Applications: Snacks, fish, pizza, vegetables, bread, pastries, meat, candy, potatoes, biscuits, chocolate, nuts and fruits.

  • Compound Balance Belt / View details

    These belts are a variation of the balanced weave belts. The process consists on alternating left and right hand of the compressed spiral weave to create a very tight weave with a flat surface. They are generally assembled with a straight connecting rod, and are available on limited specifications with a crimped connecting rod.
