The molding line is for depositing already formed chocolate. The whole process is fully automatic, including depositing, vibrating plate, cooling system, un-molding, the conveying of products and the heating plate.
The client can choose one, two or three head molding lines for different products. The line is suitable for pure chocolate, center filled chocolate, two or four color chocolate, amber, agate, chocolate, etc.
QCJ400 Chocolate Beans Forming Machine
The machine is specifically used for different shapes of chocolate beans.
The chocolate glaze is poured into the cavities of the two rollers next to the cooling system in order to form the chocolate beans. The already formed chocolate beans falls onto the conveyor belt which sends them to the three layer cooling tunnel. After cooling the chocolate beans, this are sent to the separating device. Finally, the chocolate beans are taken from the forming line so they can be taken through the coating machine to be coated and polished.

These are heated by electric power. The back cover is installed with a venting fan, the cover is made with 304 caliber stainless steel.
The base and the gear box are made from iron, which makes this much more stable and the fineness degree should be 20-25mm
Chocolate conches are used in chocolate mass grinding; it’s the main equipment in chocolate production line.

The machine comes with a photocell scanner system, making the cut correctly and if no chocolate is detected, there won’t be any film feeding.

The temper is designed according to the characteristics of natural cocoa butter and cocoa butter equivalent.
It’s on a vertical structure; the chocolate is fed from one side, then goes through the temperature adjusting screw to go out from the top of the machine. The screw is divided into three temperature sections. After this process, the chocolate products will be crystallized with smooth taste, good looking and longer shelf life.
This machine works with nuts, dried fruits and candy with chocolate paste, buttermilk and other paste.
The body of the pump is of water-circulating heat preservations system. Customers can choose any different model according to the flow rate required. This pump can be used individually or with other production line for automatic chocolate feeding system.
The main material of chocolate is coco butter, and it’s usually on solid form. Before the chocolate material is put into the refiner/shell, the melting process is needed. Furthermore coco butter melter can extend the life of the refiner/shell.
Butter contact parts are made in Stainless Steel 304.
